Tracking is sent via email once item is released from printer, feel free to contact us if you did not receive this or need re sent.
Shipping Time frame is 3-4 business days via Track-able USPS/UPS. Order updates including tracking information is sent to your registered Email. Once an item has shipped it is out of our control if there are extenuating situations, but we will always be happy to get involved.

METHODS & COST

We offer various shipping options, which may include standard, expedited, or express delivery. The applicable shipping costs will be calculated and displayed during the checkout process. Please note that additional customs duties, taxes, or fees may apply for international orders, and it is the responsibility of the customer to cover these charges.
We ship ground trackable with USPS for smaller items, UPS and DHL for larger {over 10 lbs}.
Estimated delivery times provided during the checkout process or listed in your confirmation email are based on average transit times and are not guaranteed, and do not include production times. While we strive to meet these estimates, unforeseen circumstances such as customs delays, weather conditions, or logistical issues may impact delivery times. We will not be held liable for any losses, damage, or inconveniences arising from delays in delivery.
